How to maintain a hardware automatic polishing machine?

At the same time, the spindle motor and reducer on the machine are prone to dust accumulation on the outer shell during the polishing process. It is recommended to clean them with a vacuum cleaner once a week to keep the equipment clean, reduce machine wear and tear, and improve service life.

Check the lubrication of the guide rail of the swing mechanism on the polishing machine. During the polishing process, the equipment swings and grease plays a lubricating role inside. Over time, the grease will be lost. It is recommended to add appropriate high-temperature resistant butter every week to keep the guide rail running smoothly. Conduct a monthly inspection of the swing mechanism for dust accumulation, operation, and maintenance adjustments to ensure smoother polishing.
