The four-station CNC polishing machine follows a trajectory motion, performing contour-fitting movements according to the surface of the product, ensuring complete coverage. The servo system can store grinding data for 100 products. Based on the order, the worker selects the corresponding program, loads the product, makes minor adjustments, and then continues production, speeding up product changeover and thus enhancing overall production efficiency.
