What Other Materials Can Your Yatai Sanding Machine Process Besides Zinc Alloy?

This morning, Mr. Wu from Zhejiang called to inquire: "Apart from zinc alloy, what other materials can your Yatai sanding machine handle? Currently, our products include not only zinc alloy but also aluminum alloy and copper. I'm wondering how effective your Yatai sanding machine is now? We can't find any polishing workers, and the volume of products is too high to handle."

Upon hearing Mr. Wu's complaint, I immediately recalled some similar complaints from our customers. So I gradually started to discuss his product with Mr. Wu. His product is a towel rack accessory. The towel rack is made of zinc alloy, but the customer requires it to be made of copper. At the same time, they have placed a large order, and manual operation is not feasible due to the large volume. It is also difficult to recruit personnel, so they want to replace manual labor with automated polishing equipment to reduce personnel operations and management challenges.  

Mr. Wu is a forward-thinking entrepreneur who has been leading his factory towards intelligent development. He first thought of using polishing equipment to replace manual labor. We have been supplying automatic polishing machines for 16-17 years. This towel rack has an irregular shape and is polished and sanded using a robotic arm, allowing for greater flexibility. It is an imported ABB robot that meets the technological requirements. The robot's movement radius is 1.65 meters, with a load capacity of 20 kilograms and a repeatability accuracy of not less than ±0.05mm. The robot is safe and reliable in clamping products, ensuring that the products are not damaged or deformed by clamping.  

Based on the product effect, different abrasive belts can be matched. The dual-station abrasive belt machine can be equipped with two abrasive belts of different grit sizes or nylon wheels and auxiliary polishing equipment of different sizes. Compared with traditional abrasive belt units, it greatly reduces equipment footprint and saves equipment costs.

After receiving the call from Mr. Wu, I immediately arranged for the samples to be sent over, made fixtures for the product, and conducted sample testing. The entire process took about 4-5 days, and the results were sent to the customer. After seeing the samples, Mr. Wu thought the effect was excellent and immediately arranged to place an order for one device for break-in testing, followed by another order for 10 devices.
